Senior Schooling Hod - Responsibilities

  • Led a high performing Case Management team (including Deputy Principal, Year Level Coordinator, Youth Support Coordinator, Transitions and Pathways Officer) to ensure that every student was supported and preparing to be “Ready for the Future”.
  • Led a team of over 40 teachers to complete Academic Coaching with students, parents and/or guardians.
  • Led and upskilled year level coordinator with a focus on positive outcomes for students.

Lead Coach - Responsibilities

  • Led a team of staff, including assistant coaches, high performance, sports psychology and medical staff throughout the year, including the creation and execution of Action Plans.
  • Created an annual plan for the season.
  • Lead a team of coaches to implement and design high quality sessions aimed at developing players to achieve their goals.
  • Created Weekly overviews that were shared with staff, parents and players to ensure a high level of organisation.
  • Lead Individual Player Progress meetings with both players and parents to set goals, and areas of improvement to ensure timely feedback on individuals journeys.
  • Used HUDL and Sportscode to cut clips and create playlists for reviews and Match Day -1 sessions.
  • Created a player lead reflection process using HUDL so that players can reflect, prepare and perform at their highest level possible.
  • Worked with High Performance staff to reduce injury and maintain and increase player loading throughout the season.
  • Worked with a sports psychologist to create a program to support players through their footballing journey.
