  • I have worked at the Turf Club for over a year and have worked in the bar as well as waiting on tables in the 1690 Restaurant
  • I have also set up and worked in the functions and events many times in all of the venues they offer
  • Through working at the Turf Club for over a year I’ve learned from different managers and supervisors which has helped me enhance and expand my skill sets
  • As well as taking on the responsibilities of a supervisor and supporting my team as well as training new staff since November 2022
  • I undertook even more responsibility early 2024 when I was one of two supervisors working directly under the General Manager
  • I had to take more responsibility to take any operational problems or issues with customers and with my discretion find suitable solutions
  • During Carnaval when we open multiple areas across the venue I overlooked and supported staff across two other event venues and 2 pop up bars even with 2 staff with temporary leadership positions in each event venue I still overlooked and supported them as well as solving issues they come across if they couldn’t.
