Order Picking: Accurately locate and pick products from specified locations within the fulfillment centre using handheld devices and following established guidelines.

Packing: Safely and efficiently pack picked items into appropriate packaging, ensuring products are protected during transit and meet quality standards.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of associates in various operational areas, ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards.

Training and Development: Provide training to new and existing team members, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback to associates and coaching them for improvement.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating as necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
