Duties include, creating bookings for visitors to Rottnest Island, answering large volumes of calls in peak periods and providing the customers with general information, answering questions and creating bookings. Also involved utilising knowledge of local attractions to provide recommendations for visitors seeking activities whilst on Rottnest, greeting guests upon arrival to the island, streamlining visitor check-in process for the accommodation and maintaining a high level of customer service in a high intensity environment.

Duties include, EFTPOS transactions, welcoming visitors to the attraction, providing general information about the area, conducting guided tours of the forest, maintaining cleanliness of the reserve, opening and closing the facility, traffic control within the carpark, counting money and settling the tills at the close of business.

Duties include demonstration of biosecurity control practices, skippering the vessel, food preparation, cleaning and sanitizing boat, completing daily logbook and providing visitors with general information.
