I’m a proud Jingili person who currently resides in Clifton Springs, Dgilang (Geelong) Country. I am an ambitious, passionate, and culturally driven young person with a strong relationship building skillset particularly with community. My previous positions have provided me the opportunity to work with NFP Aboriginal organisations, one whose focus is on creating a pathway to Treaty for the advancement and self-determination of Victorian Aboriginals. And another whose main fcus is providing the best for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mothers and children who have been affected domestic violence, and/or the foster care system, even homelessness. In addition, I’ve had the privilege to work alongside many knowledgeable advocates of Aboriginal people and have learnt much in my short time and know this is my calling. I have been a pivotal member of the Business Services Team for the First Peoples' Assembly in Victoria, as well as working across the Communications, Policy and Fundraising Team at the Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency and have successfully delivered on many vital tasks and provided support to the Senior Services Officers and Managers. I’m wanting to use my experience and passion to secure a position where I can engage and support communities for the advantage and benefit of Indigenous people.
