- Provide attentive and loving care to infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Assist in feeding, diaper changing, and maintaining hygiene routines according to individual schedules.
- Engage babies in sensory, motor, and social development activities such as tummy time, music, and story sessions.
- Follow safe sleep guidelines and monitor infants during nap times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment.
- Observe and document babies’ development, behaviours, and milestones, sharing updates with the Lead Educator and parents.
- Comfort and soothe infants, responding to their cues and needs with patience and care.
- Support smooth transitions between activities, including arrivals and departures.
- Communicate effectively with families, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns professionally.
- Follow centre policies, health and safety regulations, and early childhood education best practices.
