• Exceeded the annual cost-saving goal by achieving $ 1 Million USD in savings in 2018 which is10% of the allocated budget.

• Implanted new laser development (LUX) in one fabrication and started production from 2017 onwards with Levi’s USA bottoms producing $12 Million USD per annum.

• Introduced new fabrications to reduce the embellishment cost make a huge saving of production time and cost

• 100% successful rate of the proto sample development on time in all 4 seasons including the item wise costing.

• Negotiated with the local and foreign supplies and hit the cost saving target of 7% of the annual total FOB value

• Won the employee of year 2017 & 2018 and met the with appreciations from Levi’s USA team.

Responsibilities of Product Development Merchandiser

· Managed the key Account Levi’s USA bottoms and tops.

· Lead the product development process, collaborating with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to bring new apparel designs to life.

· Identified and source suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories for garment production, ensuring they meet quality and cost requirements.

· Oversaw the creation of prototypes and samples, managing fit sessions and making necessary adjustments.

· Analyzed production costs and worked on cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

· Built and maintained strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

· Implemented quality control measures to ensure final products meet established standards.
