  • As a designer, my role at ADHA is to design evidence based intuitive and inclusive solutions using human centered design process across different features for My Health app and other channels in a large complex environment.
  • Applied strong research skills through interviews and created an end to experience & journey maps to identify user pain points and opportunities.
  • Created low to hi-fi designs and prototypes to validate design solutions with users using Figma.
  • Conducted usability testing, A/B test to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Presented design concepts and insights to stakeholders, securing buy-in and aligning cross-functional teams around user-centered goals and accessibility standards in an agile ways of working.
