Single Bank is to merge the all of the Holding Company into Bank 165. The merger process will take place in small groups. With the Single Bank project, there continues to be a need to set interest rates in deposits differently by product. In the current environment, it is not an issue since Synovus Divisions are separately processed banks at FIS. As banks merge into 165, Synovus will be one processed bank; therefore all accounts will be using the same interest plan and rates for each product.
