During my work experience at a dementia care facility, I engaged with the patients through various activities and conversations about Australia. This was aimed at helping them recall their rich life experiences, which brought me great joy when I saw it had a positive impact. Through this experience, I developed essential communication skills and learned that small gestures can mean a lot to others. This has inspired me to maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to help. I also recognized that each person has unique needs, which taught me how to approach situations with a tailored perspective.
