Lance works in the Customer Service Team (CST) and is a great example of an employee who carries out his work with the customer and Northcott’s values at the forefront of all he does. Lance is often requested by customers due to his patient and empathetic approach. He always answers the phone with a smile and deals with all requests, no matter the issue, with a professional and friendly manner. While Lance has dealt with some difficult calls, he has never wavered from assisting these calls to the highest standard, always considering the customer’s well-being. Lance is a valued team member.
