I was fortunate in my early working career to build a great foundation in sales which saw me demonstrate and articulate customer service and learn face to face engagement with the public.

Sales taught me the valuable skills of listening and understanding end goals both to businesses and customers. I then found myself building a 20+ career in Transport & Logistics which grew my skills. I'm Highly skilled in streamlining operations and improving throughput through continuous process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Accomplished in building high-performing teams and inspiring staff to achieve personal and professional goals. I have extensive workforce optimization experience along with a blended operations mindset from my Logistic career thus far.

My simplistic breakdown enables myself to demonstrate and communicate to key stakeholders and team the "WHY". I classify myself as an operation all-rounder and thrive on operation improvement whilst building strong structure and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
