- Completed Block A and B in 1st year of tafe at Mackay uni centre in Ooralea AUR3112, clocking over to second year 29th January 2025.
- Engaged in customer service activities
- Engage and take responsibility to order parts and ask for OEM advice over the phone.
- I have experience working in the field with OEM personnel, such as Liebherr Australia, tradesmen, and by myself.
- Experience in general minor and major serving and repairs on vast pieces of equipment, ranging from Franna pick-and-carry cranes, Terex D-MAG slew cranes, Liebherr slew cranes, forklifts of various sizes, on-road trailers ranging from various sized Drake platforms down to step decks and box trailers, Mack trucks running both Mack motors, mostly MP8 and 10s, also various Cat C15s and C16s, Iveco trucks, Kenworths (x15 Cummins), Fuso tilt trays, and various models of light vehicles.
- Experience in doing basic electrical work and fault-finding.
- Experience in being on call, packing parts, keeping communication with clients and workspace, thinking for myself, and packing for things that may happen.
- Experience in operating forklifts around the yard and workshop to carry out tasks; I have a forklift logbook (ticket will be sorted by 2/2025).
- Experience in operating and moving various types of equipment around the yard, such as Terex Franna cranes, highway trucks (Mack, Kenworth, etc.), used many mechanical aids such as tele handlers and scissor lifts.
- Rebuilt hydraulic cylinders from luff to steering etc with tradesmen.
- Full hose refits on hydraulic steering systems etc.
- Experienced in working overtime.
- I have worked with high-pressure fluids and air systems, and the dangers of them.
- Experience in changing out various sizes of hydraulic cylinders.
- Experience in fixing stone chips on various types of windscreens, CQ Machinery glass has run and taught me this process.
- Experience in rigging loads and using lifting aids such as come alongs for pick-and-carry cranes and other mechanical aids around the workshop.
- Experienced in using specialized tooling (torque wrench etc).
- P1 provisional manual QLD licence.
