Through my prior knowledge of customer service from working at KFC, I was able to become very sufficient in waitressing. By working as a waitress I have attained many skills. This includes good memorisation, efficient communication, the ability to notice when a customer needs assistance, problem solving skills, time management and organisation. Furthermore, these jobs also allowed me to become more confident in customer service, as well as improved many of my working habits.
