- Daily administration duties including, but not limited to
- Create invoices for clients on MYOB
- Communicate with suppliers and clients via email and phone
- Create bookings for client vehicle services
- Accounts payable and receivable duties using MYOB
- Processing of the weekly payroll, of 6 staff, on MYOB
- Provide excellent customer service to new and regular customers
- Enter supplier invoices on to MYOB
- Weekly reconciliation on MYOB for several accounts
- Manage OH&S and manual handling policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Daily cash handling and banking
