As an undergraduate construction civil engineer intern, I supported project planning and execution, including site assessments and material testing. I assisted in drafting and reviewing construction plans, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes. I participated in site inspections, monitored construction progress, and coordinated with contractors and suppliers. My role involved preparing reports and documentation, contributing to project management tasks, and addressing on-site issues. This experience enhanced my skills in project coordination, technical analysis, and effective communication.

As an intern with the Department of Transport and Main Roads, I contributed to infrastructure planning and development projects by assisting with data collection, analysis, and report preparation. I supported the evaluation of transportation systems and infrastructure, participated in site inspections, and reviewed project documentation. My role included helping with traffic management plans, assessing road safety, and collaborating with engineers and planners to develop solutions for transportation challenges. This experience honed my skills in project support, technical analysis, and stakeholder communication.
