Throughout my journey at Youi Insurance as a Client Service Advisor, I was given multiple responsibilities including; amending existing policies, promote the benefits of our products and services to existing customers, actively listen to customer needs and tailor policies accordingly, exceed sales and performance targets, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills when assisting customers and tracking my teams and my results via excel.

My journey began at City beach in 2018 as a Christmas Casual at City Beach Kawana. Over the years I progressed my way through the company going through multiple roles such as; Visual Merchandiser, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager role starting at Noosa in 2022 and was then promoted to Kawana Store Manager mid-way through 2024. As a Store Manager, some of my responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing professional customer service, working as a team with my casuals and Regional Managers, ensuring my employees provide exceptional customer service in all situations, creating fortnightly rosters, monitoring sales results to ensure our wages are consistently inline via wage percent spreadsheets (excel), upkeeping store presentation, pushing everyday KPI’s, running sale setups and stocktakes, recruiting new team members, etc. This has provided me with ample experience of working well within a team and developing a strong relationship with my co-workers.
