With 10 years of experience in early childhood, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a positive, supportive learning environment. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and have had the privilege of working in both educator and room leader roles, which have provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs of children at various stages of their development. I have extensive knowledge of the Circle of Security framework and how it can be applied to support children's emotional and social development. I have also had the opportunity to participate in training sessions with psychologist Beth MacGregor, which have further deepened my understanding of attachment theory and its practical application in early childhood education. These experiences have greatly enhanced my ability to build strong, secure relationships with children, helping them to feel safe and supported as they navigate their early years. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child. I believe that every child is unique, and it is my role to provide a safe, stimulating, and caring space where they can explore, learn, and thrive. In my role as a room leader, I have been responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of educators, ensuring that we work together to deliver high-quality care and education. My leadership style is collaborative and supportive, always ensuring that open communication and a shared vision guide our approach. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my passion, experience, and commitment to a new role, where I can continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
