Provide technical administrative support to the Trades Service Team
Ensure procurement processes are met in the programming and execution of capital works relating to Corporate Properties assets
Assist in project management and implementation of operational and capital projects to ensure compliance with legislations, policies and standards, including scoping and contract administration

Report overdue Building Maintenance requests to ensure conformance with Council’s General Complaints Process and the Directorate expectations.
