My role as a team member at Bunnings involves various skills and tasks. As the store was recently established, I assisted the team with the set-up of the store. During this process I gained multiple skills including;
Along with this, at Bunnings I deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selections and inquiries, maintain stock levels by organising inventory and conducting regular stock checks and constantly collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and the best customer experience.
After playing at the Swans Academy for many years, I got the opportunity to give back to the club and work at the Super 24 Series in Coffs Harbour, as the Strength and Conditioning coach for the Under 14 girls. This role accompanied well with my current studies at university. This involved;
1-2 shifts per week, predominantly tasked with maintaining the presentation of the store, assisting customers and unpacking products to be stocked.
Weekly paid umpiring of Junior AFL teams and weekly attendance at Umpire Training throughout the season. Consisted of communication with children, parents and coaches in a variety of situations.
Weekly evening shifts at Pizza Hut Frenchs Forest including tasks such as customer service, taking and preparing orders, pizza making and cleaning the store.
