• Highly competitive position requiring aptitude, psychological and medical testing. Further, I was then interviewed by a board of higher-ranking officers to ascertain suitability for the role.
• Placements with 1EHS squadron, gaining experience in what a medical squadron must do to ensure medical capability.
• Placements with Amberley Joint Health Command, where I supported in vaccination, assessment, referral and general care of unwell serving members.
• Participation RAAF exercise 'Rising Phoenix'. This exercise involved setting up small cell field hospitals and simulations of mass casualty events.

Managing operations of Aged Care and NDIS programs. Duties included:

• Managing program funding and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Providing intensive client support through developing service plans, support in court, discharge planning, referral, requesting reassessment and interventions.
• Supervise and develop a team of 11+ staff by providing leadership, direction and in-house training in service delivery.
• Correlated data for reporting purposes by accurately recording case notes and conducting spot checks and audits.
• Engaged hands-on in promoting inclusivity by actively participating in building relationships with clients and the wider community.

Since graduating highschool, I have worked in the community services space providing direct care and management of multiple services within the Aged Care and Disability Support sector. During these roles, I provided support to many individuals with complex social and clinical needs. It was these experiences that cemented my desire to pursue nursing.
