• First point of contact for over 70 clients nationwide.
• Managing clients' NDIS claims and disbursing funds to providers for services delivered.
• Efficiently managing and monitoring clients NDIS budgets, by working closely with our clients, their Support Coordinators, Allied Health services and the NDIS.
• Assist in managing a Team of over 50 Support Workers including Interviewing, onboarding procedures and administration, roster changes and scheduling, education and training, performance reviews and/or disciplinary actions.
• The creation and implementation of new policies and procedures.
• The creation and adaptation of existing education and training modules.
• Data Entry and creation of new client profiles.
• Filing and general office duties.
• Assist with marketing and future planning.
• Assist with IT and infrastructure.
• Events Management.
