My name is Lauren Lorkin and I am currently employed as a Store Manager at Woolworths.
I am an advocate for great customer service, and I believe I have the skills and abilities to be a great addition to your team.
My strengths lie within my values I hold close, not only professionally, but in my personal life respectively: I care deeply, I listen and learn and I do the right thing.
My role as a Store Manager has taught me these values and have become practices I strive towards everyday.

With 7 years of store management experience my role as a store manager makes me a direct responsibility for up to 200 team members, 8 department managers and thousands of customers daily.
I truly believe my success is driven by my ability to get my team engaged and to work as one. My vision for your business would be to build strong capability, team collaboration and ensure that the teams have a working development plan for them to grow as individuals and leaders.
I would do this through regular feedback and performance reviews.
I believe that having a current development plan at any level, is the key to not only an individual's success, but the success of the business also.
Although I have only ever worked in the supermarket industry, I know I demonstrate a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
In retail, we are constantly evolving to meet the ways our customers shop and create simpler initiatives to improve positive team experiences.
I am no stranger to change and I embrace it positively; because of this, I know that I am adaptable and will learn quickly. Finally, I know that building strong team foundations and a positive team morale work hand in hand with delivering great customer service.
