Career Overview

My current position is Product Owner, General Insurance and Finance at iSelect. This role sees me responsible for forming roadmaps based on strategic and value-based outcomes. Ensuring incremental improvement of the digital customer experience and driving increased business performance. Prior to Product Management I was the Commercial Manager for iSelect’s General Insurance and White-label partnerships. This saw me fostering relationships with numerous existing and prospect businesses whilst delivering on product and operational sales process improvements. Key performance goals were driving an optimal customer experience, increasing revenue per sale, reducing customer leakage and implementing growth initiatives.
