As a People Process Analyst, my role is centered around enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes within the organization. I begin by identifying all people systems and processes and their key stakeholders, forming a comprehensive understanding of the organizational landscape. To gain support and insights, I engage with key stakeholders and conduct meetings to document the 'As-is' people processes, highlighting what works well, what doesn't, and their vision for the future as subject matter experts (SMEs) of their systems.
I meticulously gather relevant documentation, such as forms, user guides, and training materials, ensuring a holistic view of the existing people systems. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, I review mapped processes for accuracy and conduct a gap analysis to identify opportunities aligning with the digitization of HR processes.
Working hand-in-hand with the Manager – People Services and other key stakeholders, I contribute to the development of a costed proposal for a fully digitized end-to-end employee experience. Additionally, I collaborate with key stakeholders from the IT department (ADIT) to understand available opportunities and ensure alignment with other ADIT projects that may intersect with the proposal.
In essence, my role as a People Process Analyst is to bridge the gap between current processes and future enhancements, leveraging stakeholder input and technological possibilities to drive a seamless and digitized HR experience for all employees.
As a pivotal member of the HR Services team, I manage diverse responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of human resources processes. My role involves overseeing a shared inbox, efficiently addressing general HR queries, and drafting letters for changes in work conditions with precision and adherence to policies.
A significant aspect of my role is managing employee status, ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel records. I play a key role in the recruitment process by approving letters of offers, contributing to the seamless onboarding of new hires.
To maintain operational efficiency, I run monthly reports on open tasks for employees, demonstrating a commitment to proactive monitoring and continuous improvement. My responsibilities extend to verifying VISA checks, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and contributing to a compliant and diverse workforce.
