Within my current role as a banker, I assist customers with setting up or closing accounts, completing loan and insurance applications and signing up for new services. Furthermore I promote financial products by maintaining excellent service offering knowledge and advice on a variety of banking products tailored to the specific customer.

Through my role at Target, enabled me to effectively assist customers in a positive and helpful manner, whilst gaining customer service skills in order to ensure customers are satisfied. Furthermore I also processed customer payments, assisted with inquires, attended to customer complaints and processed product return/exchanges.

Other tasks within my role also included:

• Issued receipts and processed refunds, credits or exchanges.
• Supported loss prevention goals by monitoring shopper behavior.
• Worked closely with management to solve problems and handle customer concerns.

Within my role as a waitress, I was responsible for greeting and serving customers in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, I also maintained order efficiency and accuracy through clear communication with kitchen staff in order to ensure customers are satisfied.

Finally my role also consisted of thorough cleaning and the collection of credit card, cash and gift certificate payments.
