Lauren Nightingale

Currently doing work placement at the age care home called Bethanie in Como, learning many skills.

Have been working on my family farm for the majority of my life, Including livestock work, and learning how to work in a workshop, as well as heavy machinery operating. I have had to think independently, work without supervision, follow directions and work cooperatively.

• Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.

• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.

Helped in looking after Families in my home towns kids, while they were at work or had function on.

• Prepared healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals.

Helped in the Kindergarten/Pre Primary class running activities and events.
