includes having detailed Consultations with clients to ensure I maintain expectations with their service and offer add ons that which include: brow mapping to show where their brows should start, arch, and end as well as showing the desired shape and thickness that can be achieved. Using my in-depth knowledge of color theory I mix their own custom colour and undertone to compliment their hair, skin tone and own personal preference.

I colour match to all makeup products and find the best product for their skin and brow concerns, including the pore care range of skincare and primers.

The services I perform at Benefit Cosmetics are: brow wax and tints, Brow tweeze, Brow lamination and tint, lash tints, side waxing, chin waxing, lip waxing

Whilst working with Benefit Cosmetics:

• I have established and maintained positive rapport with recurring customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the quality of services.
• I ensure to foster a welcoming environment by effectively communicating and interacting with customers to ensure they feel heard and seen even if I am currently occupied during a service or with another client.
• I have maintained compliance with health and safety regulations. through proper sterilisation of tools and stations for treatments.
• I have managed booking arrangements, responded to customer inquiries both over the phone and in person, and organized appointments according to specific beautician requests while facilitating cancellations or rescheduling as needed.
• Managed POS with precision to accurately process sales transactions, Refunds and issue receipts, as well as meet KPI targets by the store using sales techniques

Being a freelance Specialised Makeup Artist I have worked on Runways for FDS, Australian Fashion Week, FOMA and AHIA to being the head of Makeup for a TV show and student films as well as the makeup artist for a musician's world tour. I am eager to continue learning and adapting to my surroundings, as well as new tools and trade techniques, to be able to fit any circumstance.
