Lauren Porter

I was a Dental Nurse for the past 24 years, 17 of those were at Forest Hill Dental Clinic. For the last 2 years working there, I was the Practice Manager, which involved not only chair assistance, but stock ordering, managing accounts, answering phones, sterilsation of all instruments and daily preparations for the surgery.

I volunteer alot of my time to South East Basketball club running a free clinic for 3-7year olds, creating a positive and inclusive environment while creating social skills and teaching the fundamentals of basketball. I also coach an under 8 girls team with my youngest daughter who is assistant coach. I also team manage the Knox Raiders Womens Youth League basketball team.

I am compassionate, punctual and reliable. I am committed to helping individuals and families and I bring a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and growth. I work well in a team environment showing commitment to leadership and community engagement.
