This is achieved through the development and execution of innovative attraction strategies that reflect 000VIC's EVP and supporting our people to realise their potential and career aspirations. The Advisor role leads the facilitation of recruitment and selection campaigns, providing coaching and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure the process is perceived as fair, equitable and transparent.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic sourcing services for all roles at 000VIC including the development of innovative attraction strategies which reflect 00VIC EVP
  • Relationship building with internal & stakeholders across the business in both emergency services communications & support office.
  • Manage traditional and virtual attraction campaigns.
  • Facilitate Assessment Centres for Emergency Call Taker Recruitment (bulk recruitment)
