1. Marketing, Advertising, and Business Development
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies.
- Assist in the creation, coordination, and distribution of marketing materials aligned with Brighton College’s brand identity.
- Manage and schedule content for social media platforms, engaging with the online community to enhance the college’s digital presence.
- Support content creation with a strong focus on storytelling to connect with both current and prospective students.
2. Event Coordination
- Play a key role in the planning and delivery of marketing events, serving as a liaison between the marketing team and event logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Actively participate in on-site event delivery, contributing to the success and visibility of promotional activities.
3. Student Support and First Point of Contact
- Serve as the initial point of contact for student inquiries, providing accurate information about available support services and resources.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new students.
- Collaborate with campus staff and external support services to design and implement programs that support international students, and promote well-being, resilience, and academic success.
- Lead peer mentorship initiatives to foster a supportive, inclusive student community.
- Facilitate student connections to encourage academic, social, and personal development.
4. Feedback Collection and Analysis
- Collect and analyze student feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in both student support services and marketing initiatives.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to implement changes informed by data and student input.
5. Compliance and Continuous Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and contributing to opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Stay informed of compliance requirements related to course progression and student attendance.
