Administration:
• Managing assigned projects and events within budget, proactively reporting any anticipated variances
• Contributing to reporting by specified deadlines and meet administrative requirements in a timely manner
Membership:
• Supporting the management of membership relations by being the key contact for general member enquiries for approximately 60 member organisations
• Coordinating and distributing member newsletters, seeking contributions from other departments, highlighting relevant international education opportunities for members, and promoting the organisation's initiatives • Ensuring member benefits are being delivered, such as website presence, features in social media, access to student engagement material, access to marketing material and professional development opportunities
• Identifying relevant collateral, information and other assets for the member’s section of the organisation's website
• Coordinating member sector working groups, including developing invitation lists, managing invitations, developing agendas, distributing any pre-meeting papers, minute taking, and post-meeting follow up
• Coordinating quarterly member events including booking venue, managing invitations and RSVP’s, coordinating guest speakers as required and coordinating presentation material with relevant staff members
• Identifying new strategies and opportunities to engage and collaborate with members
• Managing and maintaining up to date member account information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Supporting new member enquiries and coordinating meetings of potential new members
• Managing onboarding process of new members
Partnerships:
• Assisting Chief Executive and Communications and Engagement Manager to work closely with the organisation's stakeholders to deliver projects for the benefit of members, international students, and graduates
• Planning and executing up to four regional career tours for international students and graduates per year, liaising with RDAs, locals councils, Workforce Australia, government agencies, and businesses
• Stakeholders include, but are not limited to: – South Australian Government Departments – City of Adelaide/Adelaide Economic Development Authority
– Outer Regional Councils – Austrade– Regional Development Australia
– Peak Industry Groups – South Australian businesses
• Planning and executing employability workshops and networking events to connect international students to local employers
• Utilising high level of communication skills to support strong relationships with external partners and businesses
• Coordinating project meetings and communication with key stakeholders as required
• Contributing to collaborative event project planning and management teams
• Identifying potential new stakeholders to support the implementation of key projects
