Compassionate and driven individual with a strong background in education and Health Service Management, eager to pursue a career in aged care. I am passionate about improving the quality of life for elderly residents and view this as an essential part of my journey toward becoming a registered nurse. While i am new to hands-on healthcare work, I am highly motivated to gain experience in any non-nursing role within an aged care facility.
