2 Years 4 MonthsOver the past years I have worked part-time at Calitool completing various admin and warehouse tasks. This gave me real workplace experience working both with coworkers and independently. It also gave me an insight into workplace behaviour and expectations, everything from communication to work ethic.
Entrepreneur
2 Years 5 MonthsAt the age of 14, I founded and launched TallowWood, a handmade candle business. Through extensive research and repeated experimentation I developed high-quality products using natural soy wax and premium oils. I created and managed marketing through Whatsapp, selling over 70 candles to various community members. As the sole operator, I also handled finances, customer enquires and order management. While my focus has since shifted to school, I continue to fulfill occasional orders.

Accomplishments
Member of the Student Leadership Team for the duration of year 12. Helped in the organisation of multiple events such as The Royal Children's Hospital fundraiser. Also took charge of the planning for multiple smaller days. Specifically, I was in the Communications team but often assisted other teams. We hosted assemblies, collaborated with teachers and other campuses, reported on campus happenings, and organised events and competitions.
From this experience I gained many skills; clear communication, organisation, priority balancing, leadership, and problem-solving.
I also benefited by gaining further experience in designing posters, making videos, working in a team, public speaking and logistics organisation.
Certification
Completed MS Office Specialist Excel Associate course, certificate provided upon request. More courses across fields, such as coding, in progress.
