Summary

I am a registered PACFA counselling practitioner with three years of experience within the family mental health service. My background is Muslim Lebanese with a passion to reach and educate young people. Through the experience gained within the family mental health service, I have been able to gain a wider understanding. This understanding of how to better influence young people and address their predominant behavioural problems. My bilingual skill sets me apart as I am able to connect with both Arabic and English speaking parents. My experience has been entirely school based and I have clarity as to how this setting operates. As a growing ummah it is our role to equip these young people with the ability to shine brightly within this current climate.
