Key Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, kitchen floors, and storage spaces.
• Assist chefs and cooks with basic tasks such as portioning, plating, or preparing garnishes.
• Dispose of waste and operate dishwashing machines safely.
• Receive, unpack, and store food supplies and equipment.
• Follow workplace health and safety guidelines, including food hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as required to support the kitchen team.
