Summary

I've been in the disability field for almost 14 years, starting as a support worker in Melbourne when I was 18. Since then, I've worked in day services, worked Individual Support Plans (ISP), and provided in-home care.
I spent six years in day service support, then another four as a Team Leader at a major disability provider. Now, I'm a Senior Service Coordinator. In this role, I provide support for SIL, SDA, and build quality teams to help the individual achieve their best.
I enjoy tackling challenges and growing both personally and professionally.
Coordinating high medical support and dealing with complex funding needs have been some of my favourite experiences, I really enjoy working with a wide variety of funding, including TAC and Work Cover.
