Swimming , singing
I love to immerse my whole self in water after a long week's work. There's something about water that is calming and resets me for another week,so I can be my best self for my patients. Swimming definitely is therapeutic for me.
Back home, I sang in my local church and I generally love to sing my heart out. I also attended music school for a little while to expand my knowledge of the field, and socialise better. I guess I just love my lungs a little too much.
