  • My role at Stretton Park involved a wide range of tasks. My primary focus was to attend to the day-to-day reception duties, however, there was also a large amount of liaising and supporting Belinda Mafrici the facility Manager. Duties undertaken but not limited to were, establishing a formal procedures manual, entering/uploading of residents information into the digital records system, financial transactions, extracting data from Manad to assist in the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports and assisting with compilation of documentation for accreditation reporting. Welcoming prospective residents, and their family members and guiding them through the facility and answering any questions they may have. Liaising with staff to ensure acceptable supplies are on hand at all times and attending to booking services for residents at Central Gippsland Health. Preparing transfer paperwork when residents were required to go to Central Gippsland Health. A member of committee set up to implement a formal admission process to used across all facilities.
