Summary

I am gregarious, team oriented, fun loving and sociable. I am optimistic and excited about new ventures. My energetic style generates optimism and enthusiasm in others and I establish relationships with others very quickly. I involve people, discuss things broadly and enjoy picking on other people’s ideas.

I am a COO/General Manager (previously CFO) with more than 25 years of strategic, operational and financial experience, I am known for getting things done and taking people on a journey that makes a positive impact. I have gained my experience by working closely with the Managing Director of 460degrees to help deliver on the strategy and targets. I was his right-hand person. My role over the past 10 years has been very diverse, where I have gained experience in HR, Systems Management and Implementation as well as progressing my career in accounting to CFO.

Creative and adaptable, my strategic insight inspires confidence in my team and empowers them to transform businesses to create lasting change. I am accustomed to fast-paced, dynamic environments and I can process large amounts of information, whilst maintaining a big picture focus, making critical decisions quickly and adjusting course when required. Having performed both internal and external audits from the start of my career, I have developed a keen and intimate understanding of a wide range of internal models, systems, processes, and strategies. This has equipped me with the strategic understanding to deliver significant change.

I have a knack for quickly grasping the “as is” processes, procedures and systems and drive the implementation of improvements. I have led and completed two major ERP transformations resulting in significant business process and efficiency improvements on each occasion.

During CharterMason’s merger and evolution into 460degrees, I successfully led the effort to transform internal business processes. My understanding of best practices improved cash flow and introduced new and more efficient methods for dashboard and management reporting during a time of significant change.

I have played an active role on preparing analytics for the Business Development team as well as improving processes and supporting them in preparing bids.

I am passionate about making work fun and interesting for my team, while actively mentoring and creating opportunities for them to learn and progress their careers.
