  • This has been predominantly a sales role, firstly selling and developing the Kumano Kodo hikes in Japan, then specialising in Europe treks and now selling UK hiking
  • This role involves many tasks including sales and operations, dealing with clients from the start of their trekking journey until departure (or whilst trekking if needed)
  • I have also worked in our accounts team, retail store, operations, client product presentations, information nights, creating new trips, product development in the RAW kitchen, day hiking with clients – pretty much anything that needed to be done within the business
  • My employment with RAW Travel ceased in March 2021 due to the end of JobKeeper and the business going into hibernation but has recently recommenced 3 days a week

  • This role was based at various Covid testing sites across South East Melbourne. It involved long hours (12 plus per shift) working on your feet in a very fast paced environment triaging clients for Covid testing.
  • This fast-paced physical role allowed me to combine my fabulous customer service skills, great ability to connect with people, medical knowledge, strong data entry skills and high energy to give clients who are often in a time of stress the most kind and efficient experience possible.
  • It offered me the chance to gain knowledge across Covid infection control procedures while increasing my medical administration skills.
