  • Client Document Management: Collating, preparing (using templates and Foxit PDF/PDFDocs), and securing client financial documents (reports, tax returns) for electronic signing, and tracking completions.
  • Taxation & ATO Liaison: Drafting and dispatching tax correspondence; direct liaison with ATO for information, portal updates, and resolving procedural queries. Performing ATO lodgements and reviewing/interpreting ATO correspondence. Advocating for clients on unfavourable decisions as well as guiding clients through ABN, GST, and TFN registrations/deregistration.
  • Company Secretarial & Compliance: Managing structure diagrams for High Net Worth client group(s), providing company secretarial services (annual reviews, ASIC forms via NowInfinity), and assist clients with dividend statements and share transfer.
  • Workflow & Reporting: Maintaining WIP ledger, managing workflows, and preparing regular business reports/summaries.
  • Principal Support: Managing the Business Principal’s diary, coordinating meetings, and providing ad-hoc support (fee prep, business planning, special projects).
