I enjoy gymming every morning before work, this starts my day right and I am able to start my day fresh.
I jet ski on the week ends and when we are away camping. Such a good feeling to be out and about in the open and fresh air.
I love taking the kids to the dam and tow them on the back of the boat with a tube or take them to jump off waterfall walls in the dams.
No better feeling than going out for a ride on my motor bike, clear my head and be in the moment. You have to focus on your ride and your mind cannot wonder any where else, otherwise the consequences can be big and unfortunate.
