Greeted guests on a daily basis to our 1870 Victorian period house with four/five bedrooms and five bathrooms. My duties included meet and greet, serving afternoon tea, discussions of local attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops and activities within the area, phone calls for reservations and small weddings, food and other shopping, business administration/bookkeeping, setting rates and establishment of policies, creation of a marketable image, furnishing the B&B with antiques to depict the era, making a cooked breakfast relevant to guest's needs, interaction with guests and keeping them safe and comfortable (we were in December 2019 bushfires), cleaning and maintenance of the house and garden.

• Supported children in play activities, meals and snacks, hygiene and socialization.
• Taught children everyday skills and language.
• Assisted with light housekeeping duties as well as running errands.
• Worked with parents to develop and implement discipline programs to promote positive behavior.

• Maintained effective schedule balance between rest periods, active play and instruction.
• Taught children to organize toys, wash hands and share by leading by example.
• Sanitized dishes, tabletops, toys and frequently touched surfaces to prevent spreading of germs.
• Prepared healthy foods and beverages for children based on optimal dietary guidelines and individual restrictions.

• Participated in group activities, emphasizing making camp fun for campers, teaching skills, providing encouragement and facilitating opportunities of interaction between campers.
• Assisted in developing and implementing program ideas, planned activities for units and evaluated program quality.
• Encouraged participation in camp activities and guided troop members in safe adventures.
• Fostered positive personal connection with each troop participant and cultivated social connections and sense of solidarity.
