  • I manage the end-to-end response for transactional banking tenders within NAB's Business & Private Bank. I deliver high quality, well written, compelling responses aligned to the customers requirements.
  • Year to date I am 147% of plan with Bid outputs.
  • In addition to my primary role I have been involved in developing tools and resources to assist the national transaction banking team deliver better outcomes to our customers. This includes, developing a customer "Transactional Banking Transition to NAB Kit" and a Transactional Banking Review and Insights template". These resources are used by a team of 70 Transactional Banking Specialists to help customers transition to NAB and to deliver insights during a customers annual lending review process.
  • I maintain my knowledge on various accounting systems used by clients, make sure I am across their sector and competitor information to provide an edge on our Tender process.
  • I plan, prioritise and delegate responsibilities among the deal team members, to meet customer timeframes.
  • I work with stakeholders around legal requirements throughout the entire bid process, mitigating potential risks associated with contractual obligations.
  • As a deal team we evaluate post-bid results to identify areas for improvement in future proposals by conducting thorough debriefs with both internal teams and clients.
  • As a senior member of my team, I have been involved in interviewing employees with my people leader and I provide coaching, training and mentoring for new starters.
