Represent Hillsong College at Conferences, Events, and Church Networks

Appoint and grow an executive team to oversee the operations and growth of Hillsong College

Implement new strategies of education (e.g. Online Ed.)

Work with budgeting processes every year

Accountable to the President of Hillsong College and the Global board

Responsible for hiring staff and setting up leadership pipelines for staff to be trained and raised up

Set job descriptions for new staff

Teach across various disciplines including Leadership, Theology and Biblical Studies

Develop teaching curriculum across most subjects taught in College

Pastorally care for staff and students

Navigate conflict in the work place

Pastor in Church across weekends

• Provided spiritual care through visitation, counselling, and prayer
• Connect new people into the life of Hillsong Church
• Run programs for new people to be acquainted with Hillsong Church
• Build voluntary teams to assist in ministry
• Work on the Pastoral Care Team

Pack and send Hillsong Music Resources

As a carpenter: Responsible for taking orders, building projects, and meeting deadlines

Responsible for training apprentices and overseeing their development

As foreman: Responsible for overseeing teams, ordering stock, measuring and completing jobs, and dealing with clients
