· Ensure the documentation process for finance and leasing contracts are submitted with accuracy and within a timely matter, avoiding delays and maintaining a high level of efficiency within the role.
· If delays are evident from the finance/leasing house, follow up is imperative to ensure no delays in delivering the vehicle occur. Any delays encountered are to be relayed to respective managers & sales staff.
· Business Managers are required to be aware of Dealer Campaigns when released, the latest personalised rate change factors and changes within the insurance industry.
· Conduct initial contact with qualified prospects through various channels, such has phone calls, emails or arranging suitable times to meet in-person.
· Engage prospects in conversation to understand their desires, needs and purchasing motivations and offer all products available I.e. Finance, insurance, RSA, aftercare products.
· Explain to all prospects/customers their rights and obligations in relation to each of the products offered.
· Ensure all financing activities within both the lenders and suppliers are adhered to, with relevant rules, regulations and internal policies complied to and all compliance training is completed by due date
· Verify the accuracy of payment amounts, quotations, and payouts/cheque requisitions, ensuring all are administered in accordance with our policies and agreed process. Whilst also maintaining appropriate record of payments/receipts to assist the accounts department in filing and auditing purposes.
