An ambitious former professional rugby player, now strength and conditioning coach with significant applied experience in a range of sports, specifically professional Rugby League, and Rugby Union. Qualified to master’s degree level with lecturing experience in higher education and evidenced-based practice individualized to suit the needs of the athlete. Previous positions have required me to work with a range of individuals and teams in different elite sports and develop a growth mindset with my approach to both coaching and teaching.

Working in accordance with Red Bull coaches and team in management of Jack Miller’s training load and sessions recorded through training peaks and h other coaches

  • Design and implement a strength program that will improve Jack’s performance based on his testing results in pre-season
  • Introduce and improve strategies that will allow Jack to perform better daily with his training – e.g
  • Monitoring HRV, soreness, sleep, hydration, readiness to train and wellness.
