To employer's, I am a passionate 1st year student studying Commercial Cookery III part time at TAFE searching for an apprenticeship. Going into the workplace through an apprentice I am eager to learn from experienced professionals and start my journey into the industry as a apprentice chef. As a student I have knowledge in food preparation and cleaning through service were I have developed in environments where teamwork, precision, time management and efficiency are required.


Through this my interest in cooking and service I am eager to learn the ways of becoming a chef and further roles in a kitchen under the guidance of seasoned chefs.
