I have been employed by Applus at the KGP facility for almost 14 years, beginning my journey as an NDT technician. I gained various NDT qualifications including MT2, PT2, RT2 & UTW2 along with my rope access ticket.
I started my role as a supervisor in May 2018 which involved a large team of AICIP Inspectors, NDT Technicians, Temporary Equipment Inspectors and CUI Rope Access Teams. My role has changed over time and I am now the Core Inspection Supervisor looking after a highly talented team of individuals in a close knit team.
I am very passionate about maintaining open and honest communication amongst my team, Applus team members, management, other contractors and also the client. I constantly strive to deliver a high level of performance whilst also seeking continuous improvements for Applus and Woodside on site.
Providing a safe workplace for my team is one of my prime goals and I cultivate a strong culture of health and safety by following both the Applus and Woodside safety models.
My current role on site as the Core Inspection Supervisor is one that I carry out with the support of my team and Applus management. I also have a great relationship with the Woodside focals, ISSOW Team and other contractors. I believe I am the best person for this role and wish to continue to support both Applus and Woodside into the future.

- Supervision of KEI Core personnel, including AICIP Inspectors, NDT Technicians and Civil Inspector.
- Providing technical support and report review and sign off.
- Planning daily inspection tasks, excution and delivering monthly inspection plan to the client.
- Daily timesheet sign off, rostering and resource management.
- Ensuring inspections and reporting are carried in accordance with both client standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitoring Technical Integrity (TI) and Licence to Operate (LTO) inspection dates to ensure compliance.
- Planning and liaising with other contractors on site to ensure plan delivery within schedule.
- Maintaining and Monitoring Applus procedures on site.

- Providing a safe work place for employees by following and implementing both the Woodside and Applus safety culture and plans (HSEQ)
- Employing the Applus QMP to ensure correct behaviour and culture is embedded on site.
- Create and promote an inclusive, safe and productive work place.
- Mentor and provide training and assistance to all Applus employess on site.
- Update and maintain SAP information.
